• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Product Purchases

Individual Product Sales

Products are sold individually. Each product has its own price and license terms. By purchasing a product, you agree to:

• Pay the listed price for each product
• Comply with the product's license terms
• Use the product only as permitted by its license
• Not share download links or files with others

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases.

4. Product Licenses

Regular Products

Regular products include the following license terms:

• You receive a license to use the product according to its terms
• Licenses are typically for personal or commercial use (check individual product descriptions)
• You may not redistribute the original files
• You may not claim the product as your own creation
• Modification rights vary by product

PLR (Private Label Rights) Products

Products marked with "PLR" include Private Label Rights, which grant you additional rights. PLR products may include:

• Rebranding Rights: You may rebrand the product with your own name, logo, and branding
• Modification Rights: You may edit, modify, and customize the product as needed
• Resell Rights: You may resell the modified product to your customers (check individual product terms)
• Authorship Rights: You may claim authorship of the modified product (check individual product terms)
• Source Files: Editable source files may be included for your convenience

Important: Each PLR product may have different rights. Please review the specific PLR license terms displayed on the product page. A PLR license certificate will be issued to you upon purchase, which you can download from your dashboard. The license certificate contains the specific rights granted for each product.

License Verification: PLR licenses include a verification hash that can be used to verify the authenticity of your license. This is useful when reselling modified products to provide proof of your rights.

5. Refund Policy

If you experience technical issues with a product, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve any problems, but refunds will not be issued.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased digital files from Regular products (PLR products have different terms - see above)
• Use products for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or decompile products
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks from regular products
• Resell PLR products in their original, unmodified form (you must modify PLR products before reselling)
• Share your PLR license certificate or source files with unauthorized users
• Use automated systems to download products
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

Note for PLR Products: When reselling modified PLR products, you may provide your license verification link to customers as proof of your rights. However, you may not share the original source files or allow others to download from your license.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Delulu Books or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Products you purchase are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, but you retain the right to use products you have already purchased and downloaded.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The website will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Products will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delulu Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
